The patch is approximately 6cm diameter and is iron on.
To iron on: remove the backing from the patch. Keep the iron temperature between 150 degrees and 160 degrees Celsius, and hold down on the front and back for about 40 seconds each. We recommend putting a light cloth, like a muslin on top of the patch to ensure you don't singe it.
