SHIPPING INFO

All orders are prepared, packaged and dispatched within 1–3 working days, apart from personalised items, which may take up to 4 working days. Any different processing times will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

UK ORDERS:

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders fulfilled directly by Enginearring Designs.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
Where a tracked or upgraded delivery service is available, this will be shown at checkout.
Some products are fulfilled by one of our production partners. Delivery methods and estimated delivery times for these products may differ and will be shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International delivery is available to selected countries and may vary by product. The delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Products dispatched directly by Enginearring Designs are normally sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, and tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Some products are fulfilled by our production partners and may be manufactured and dispatched closer to the delivery destination. Delivery services and times for these products may therefore differ.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders to the United States, applicable import duties on products dispatched directly by Enginearring Designs are included in the delivery charge and are paid by us through Royal Mail's Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service. You should not be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel arrives.

For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and value of the order. Where these are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays that are outside our control.
