SHIPPING INFO

All orders will be prepared, packaged and dispatched within 1-3 working days, apart from personalised items which can take up to 4 days.

This is clearly stated on each product page.

UK ORDERS:

If you select standard delivery, orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This service aims to deliver items within 2 working days from dispatch and is not tracked.

If you would like your item(s) tracked, please upgrade to the tracked option at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently not all products ship internationally. This is stated on each product page. If an item does not ship internationally, our international customers are welcome to visit and purchase from our Etsy shop: http://EnginearringDesigns.Etsy.com

Where items do ship internationally:

If you select standard delivery, orders will be sent via the Royal Mail International Standard service. This service is not tracked.

If you would like to track your item(s), please upgrade to the Tracked option at the checkout. Your item(s) will then be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service and you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
